PowWeb and Lunarpages?

Anyone got any recommendations on these two hosts?
PowWeb seems to offer a lot of storage, whats the catch?

lunarpages has a pretty decent rep, their windows plans are pretty good too, i've had a smaller linux plan for a few months with no problems.

Not sure on Powweb...

I used LunarPages for a while but decided to switch other hosts. They seem to be more vulnerable to DDS attacks. They had some major downtime late last year and early this year. After I switched to other hosts, I heard they were attacked again.

No experience with PowWeb.

I would recommend you to consider searching for reviews of both the hosts on some well reputed web hosting forums like WHT and see what their customers have to say about them. You can thereafter choose the host that suits best for your requirement and budget.

I assume that is what we call overselling. I know that enad customer like and prefer to have lots of the source and do not pay a lot for that.
Now you accept that and then it will be out of the blue to you to get message form the company about your suspended account.

I know some people that use Lunarpages and they are OK. Of course you can find many negative review about this company, but we can not say it is not good one. But I'm afraid you are asking the wrong question. Jest tell the forum members what do you need, so they can give you advice.
