I am involved with a site that basically partners all the key designers and personell. Yet redcent event have prompted me to copyright my work, just to make sure I'm safe.
What steps should I take to safeguard my code and graphics? I'm watermarking all graphics, but the code is a different matter. Maybe a link to a legal page or something?
We usually use a legal page. A good one can be found at http://www.StreetBikersUnited.com/legal.
As I'm sure you would expect, Matt has provided us all with an overview of copyright for webmasters at http://www.webmaster-resources.com/a...ticle30.shtml. It's pretty broad, but will help you get started.
Of course, seeing a lawyer with expertise in that field is good too.
