    Problem using JavaScript to submit

I have 2 forms that I submit with links. I could show you the source, but it would be easier for you to view it yourself.

The first form works, the one where you enter your username and password, then it logs you in no problem. The second form however, doesn't let me submit. When I click on "Search" I get a debugging error telling me the object is null or something. Can anyone help? I have to nest the form tags or else it breakes my table since form tags do that stuff

Um... Your problem is simple: nested form tags.

Besides the issue of individual elements not "belonging" to one form or the other, there's the issue of it should be document.forms.form1.srch to follow a "proper DOM structuring", but since you shouldn't nest forms...

I am not very familiar with the DOM, is there anyway I can properly nest them?

I really want to nest them otherwise the form breaks that top bar, making it really tall.
