    browser research

A good long time ago I had used a site that provided in-depth research on browser stats, with a very large sample of the general Internet population. It was a stats counter type site and was very popular, so they had lots of data available.

Right now I'm mainly looking for browser resolution stats... would like to find out how many people are still using 800x600. Would like the stats to be representative of the general Internet as opposed to any specific demographic (such as this page at w3schools.com, which only has data on their own visitors).

Anyone know a site with this type of info?

    Thanks,

    John

stymiee! You're the best! That's the site I had mentioned, but could not remember the name or url. Thanks a lot. Buddy, I'll also check out the stats on the Wiki page also - I'm sure they will have some good research. Reply back if you recall the url. Thanks to both of you.

If anyone else has browser stats research / resources available please feel free to post the links. Thanks.
