    hotmail really improved

If you are using hotmail I have noticed that their new system is really good at it. My favourite is using the rule that says that if my email is not in the To: or CC: line it goes to the junk mail folder, It's not perfect but most spam is not directly addressed to you.

if you aren't using hotmail you can use OE's rules

    Tool>Message Rules

it's kinda long and boring process but Spam is really annoying

Last but not least: always see if there is a remove option, if so, try it, i always follow the remove instructions and i find that atleast 45% are valid instructions

In OE, if it is the same people sending, click on the email in question, go to message (on the menu bar) and block sender.

Most spammers use a different pretend email address each time they send the same spam though.

If you choose block sender, eventually you will eliminate a lot.

Using spamcop with OE is tricky.

You have to get the header from properties, open forward mail and paste the the header onto the top of the message, then send.

Luckily I get a miniscule amount at my private address!

In OE go to tools>message rules>mail
There u will get a lot of options for configuration bout your email.
I think u would understand them.
If u can't just PM or email me.
