    No, but I'll often use the 'almost' safe palette as much as possible (#rgb rather than #rrggbb).

    Sometimes. I mostly stick to the web-smart (4096 color) palette, but I end up straying from that too.

    Me neither. Besides, it's almost impossible to predict exactly how your colours will display on every monitor anyway, due to the age difference and brightness/contrast settings.
