Gulp...my sites only get about 30 unique visitors a day, of course they are both just starting out (since october)

My Commission Junction bank account says $0.00

Understandable since my .com has 0 ads on it!!

    Combining all programs

If you combine all the programs I'm in, and ignore the fact that i don't usually make the minimum amount each month. I would probably be making just under $50 a month...
I'm Hoping I can at least quadruple that before the new year

Well, it was $500, but my advertiser is temporarily down. Hopefully they'll be back soon...

    two sites

    http://www.online-literature.com - currently gets 500,000 impressions a month

    http://www.wilderness-survival.net - currently gets 150,000 impressions a month.

I make most of the money off my wilderness survival site even though it gets less traffic. I make good money off Amazon.com with it and it has good demographics so I make good advertising revenue from Burst!media with it.

My literature site only serves untargetted advertising so I make less, I also make a little bit off amazon.com with it, I also make a nice monthly check off DueNow.com's affiliate program with it.

While I cannot say exactly how much dkAds takes in,
we are profitable, and have been since July when we started selling our own ads successful, and stopped reselling ads from other companies.

    I have 1 account at burstmedia, 1 at amazon.com, 1 at duenow

So in other words I get 1 check from each place each month (or quarter in the case of amazon)

I make about $0 a month! That's also because I have no banner, nor sponsor, and only a few visitors!
I been having trouble with finding a good host and haven't been able to use the credit card that I just received...
I'm now jusing a free provider

Hope to change all that soon, though!

    Greetz.
    That's all folks...

Well I'm using Burst and Fastclick. My site serves about 15K impression/day (weekdays). I'm making about $200/month.

I still think I should be making more though! I'm trying to sell some ads myself now. I have a few leads, and hopefully that will pan out.

    Good Affiliate Program?

I need the name of a good affiliate program. I get GOOD traffic but I haven't made d**k with Advertising.com and UGO's garbage. I've been with a bunch and they all seem to be going out of business. I see that a lot of people have had experience with Burst, but I hear mixed things about them. Help? Any good advertiser leads - paying CPM on pops?

Mac Daddy I would recomend valueclick.com or fastclick.com they are both good companies and Its generally thought that fastclick provide the best pops.

Burst as far as I know are good I have never heard any different, but I have no experience with burst personally so can't say from my own experience.

I make about $1,000-1,200 a month, highest month was July at $3,000.

I use just about everything except for Burst, CJ, Advertising.com (banner & popup network).

I get around 3,000-7,000 uniques a day and have 110,000 on my subscriber list.

Where do you get the majority of your traffic? Search Engines, other sites? I know Apsen is the hardcore search engine guy.

(I'M TAKING NOTES ON YOU AND ASPEN HERE)

Just out of intrest, what keywords are pulling people in besides jokes I suppose.

I get most from my newsletter, but I'm working on search engine traffic.

    There are tons of keywords...
    jokes
    blonde jokes
    redneck jokes
    funny jokes
    hilarious jokes
    ... jokes
    ... jokes
    etc etc

    hmm..

See I have a problem with keywords, my site is about Led Zeppelin so their aren't many to choose from, lemme see...

    led zeppelin
    led zep
    jimmy page
    robert plant
    john paul jones etc.

And the problem is, my more established competitiors own those keywords!
(if I can even consider them competitors, they are blowing me out of the water)

www.led-zeppelin.com always shows up first on the search engines (good site), my other major competitior is Achilles Last stand at www.led-zeppelin.org/

And the ever popular Rolling Stone
    www.rollingstone.com/artists/default.asp?oid=366

Then again my site, The Led Zep has only been around for a month, and the only major engine I'm on is MSN!! (I'm in Dmoz.org)

What I'm pointing at here is even when I'm in Google, I know I'm site will show up 42nd or something jazzy like dat.

I'd send people a newsletter list, but the only thing I can ever think up is graphics.

Sorry about this outburst of complaints. I neglect important issues in favour of the aesthetic.
