SSH behind a proxy ?

I'm desperately searching for a way to do SSH behind a proxy (proxy is AnalogX Proxy), so that I could be more efficient in uploading compressed stuff etc...

I tried Cygwin's SSH but I don't know how to set Cygwin so that it understands it has to go through a proxy...

Is there a way to do that, is there a SSH client for that ?

Not yet...
And actually I'm not sure if it would work on my office's network, since the proxy is basic, allows only socks 4 (analogx proxy).
