I think the content structure is disorganised. And you have two massive blank bars near the top of your page. To me , the layout just doesn't feel right, it seems kind of spread out and...blank in some areas.

some web sites benefit from whitespace, some do not.
Your site does not benefit, you need to bring the design together.

Compare your store to a similar competitor like www.dvd.co.uk
Their website is more compact without being cluttered.
