replace sections of HTML all at once?

Is there any program that will replace sections of my HTML all at once? This would really help.. pLease post. Thanks.

Try textpad at either http://www.textpad.com or http://www.textpad.co.uk (i cant remeber which)

You can open a whole load of files and do a find and replace on all of them at the same time. Also I understand a program called arachnaphobia does this too, but I haven't tried that.

Arachnaphobia is free and texppad is shareware.
