http://www.digital-web.com/index.shtml (Digital Web magazine) is a good one. I also second the recommendation about a List Apart.

There does seem to be a scarcity of web *design* resources (design meaning visual design not how to code or anything like that) out there now. I remember back when I first started out there was lots of stuff, but it seems to me that people just aren't writing as much about this subject anymore. I have been visiting most of the sites you listed there on a regular basis for years, and it seems to me that their usefulness has been declining. Some just don't have as much new content anymore and others seem to have escalated to a level of technology that I don't think many of us use. So I'm looking for these kinds of resources as well.

One other thing you might want to do if you haven't already is read up on print design (PARC principles etc.) "Looking Good in Print"... forget the author... is a good book to read.
