Process of selling a domain name and handing it over
I would appreciate some help on this subject.
I am looking into selling two domain names that I own and am wondering about the after-sales process of transferring the domain name to the new owner.
My two names are FindYourPartner.net and FindYourPartner.co.uk
For the .co.uk , should I go through nominet?

Kish is correct. You will have to complete a transfer process with Nominet for the .co.uk to change the ownership over to the new owner. This process requires both parties to fill out a form and draft a letter, once both parties have done this they must be sent to Nominet along with a payment of £35 (i think) that covers that admin fees to transfer the domain ownership. Make sure that you state who pays the fees when neogotiating the price/transfer process with the new owner.
