What different Ad Companies would you use on the same page?

Im currently running YPN + Chitika on the sms site in my signature, but the Chitika doesn't bring any money really.

I want to put up another network for some extra cash that doesn't violate YPN's TOS.

I've already applied and been rejected from ones like Tribal, Casale, etc (probably because I applied before I was done with my site lol)

Any ideas?

Well if you've finished the site - I would reaply to
Tribal Fusion, Burst Media, Valueclick and Casale Media

Other than that, try CPX Interactive, Right Media or Joetec - all good second/third tier networks. You'll probably find better luck there.
