    Marketing Director?

    I am looking for an associate that will help me with the marketing of my site.
    I an not looking for an affiliate type relationship but more of an employee.

    Your will;
    contact compnays that you feel would advertise my site on a pay per performance
    basis.

    I would highly suggest spellchecking that site! It definitely coud use it. Also, I believe that you are looking for an Ad Rep, because a Marketing Director, would be in charge more or less with the day to day marketing of the site, notthing to do with advertising... They'd be more in charge of increasing popularity... not so much revenues...

    Since this has nothing to do with e-commerce I've moved it to Promotion/Marketing... it's the closest thing I could think of to what you were asking.

    That is not a marketing director and not an employee. You are describing a commissioned independent sales representative.

    You will need to define terms and offers and have a contract prepared, and there will be negotiations.

    Rough guess, about 15 total hours of attorney time.

    Another rough guess: you won't find anybody who wants to play.
