IE and Netscape 4

I get this problem on a site i have just done,
In IE the site works fine, in NS 4 it stuffs up

To save me waiting 5 minutes for Netscape to load up, what is the problem? Is it the top and left margins?

The long bar on the right is fine in IE but pulls out to half the page in netscape.Have a look.

It looks OK in Netscape 6.1

Have you tried a fixed width instead of % ?
