Why does the articlebot always pop up with links to really old articles?

Thanks Tyssen. Because this article was written before integrating the article system with the forum, it didn't have a comment thread. Someone then left a new comment on it, which started the thread, but as it turns out, the comment was spam and was sitting waiting to be moderated. But the thread got started anyway.

Ah, that explains what triggers the other favourite topic article it likes to spit out nearly twice per week.
