    Unhappy Loading openssl.dll

Recently I tried to load the openssl.dll. I changed the php.ini file, made sure the openssl.dll was located at the C:/phpdev5/php/extensions/ folder, Downloaded the libeay32.dll and copied to the C:\windows\system32 folder and restarted the Apache and this is what I got:
Unable to load dynamic library 'C:/phpdev5/php/extensions/php_openssl.dll' - The operating system cannot run %1
What error is this? And how do I solve this? I really need to se openssl.

    Please help.
    Amit

You have to uncomment the openssl.dll line in the apache conf file.
the name of the file is httpd.conf.

Could yo please tell me which line i have to uncomment in the httpd.comf? there is no line for this dll.
    All I have are these:
    #LoadFile "C:/phpdev5/openssl/bin/ssleay32.dll"
    #LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so
