webpage 100% width weird problem
http://www.baggettandsummers.com
I designed this site to be 100% width, its actually php generated templates that i developed. But now for some reason when i first visit the site theres seems to be a 10 pixel border on the right and bottom,
BUT...if i hit refresh it fits like it is supposed to...anyone know why it could be doing this? Thanks."Mankind cannot define memory, yet it defines mankind"

I have no problems viewing the page. It stretched to 100% width right from the first moment I viewed it.

I am using Internet Explorer 5.5 as well and it looks fine
I can't imagine IE6 has a incompatibility extra, it's probably a caching problem.

dkode, I've had this _SAME_EXACT_ problem before and could not resolve it. I was using IE5.5 and Netscape 4.72 at the time.. they both did that. I'll be very interested to know if there's a way to resolve this.

very strange...I've never seen that before until i created these sites.
I think it might be a problem with setting marginwidth and marginheight
I'm not sure...if anyone knows whats up can they please let me know? thanks."Mankind cannot define memory, yet it defines mankind"

Are you using Windows 2k and IE 5.5 ? I am not sure if 6.0 does it or not. I ran into the same problem it's when you first view the page. So just add this code to the body tag.
Code:<body ....... bottommargin="0" rightmargin="0">

wow, thanks a million man, that works perfectly. I think that is a new bug in IE 6 or something...I don't know. I've been looking for a way to fix that for a month now. Thanks again!

Could you also use style sheets to set your left, right, and top margins? Just an afterthought...
