Part of my actors' community is content-based. How do I go about getting people to contribute articles without being able to pay them. I realize the exchange is that they get their signature at the end of the article, but where do I find these people in the first place?!
I recommend that you try instilling community pride into them... if you do that, they'll just send in articles for no reason.. another big thing that works is if your site actualy gets a decent amount of traffic... if it does, traffic is a powerful thing and you could offer links to their site or whatever if they so wish it.
