What SEO Research / News is best?

From a curiousity standpoint, I would like to know the following...

    • What type of SEO are you most interested in?

    • What dictates your approach to SEO?

    • What type of news, resources, and information do you review or prefer to review?

    • ...And what (if any) print publications do you rely on?

...I would like to get more deeply involved in the research aspects of it, but want anything that I find to be more tuned into the needs of the SEO professionals (i.e. yourselves!).

    Much thanks to any response.

    • What type of SEO are you most interested in?:
Working on large sites; regional issues; results shared between engines; doorway placement.

    • What dictates your approach to SEO?:
The site itself, the site itself, the site itself....

    • What type of news, resources, and information do you review or prefer to review?:
Online forums (Search Engine Forums, Webmaster World), moreover.com, that sort of thing.

    • ...And what (if any) print publications do you rely on?:
    None whatsoever.

I agree with everyone in this posting for the most part... you have to be subscribed to the latest newsletters on search engine optimization to stay on top of the latest events, tips, tricks, on search engines... if your skills are to stay up to date.. you also need to make sure that you are keeping up on submissions.. then I would definitely recommend not having a sucky site or trying to promote a sucky site, while it's possible, promoting a sorry site, really does suck!
