By the way, have you seen LifeType (http://www.lifetype.net/)? It's not a forum software, it's a blog software, but it uses MVC pattern.

I haven't looked at the code, but I just came across UltimaBB.com. It claims to be the "safest, fastest, easiest to use, fully-featured bulletin board software". Any opinions?
