quiz script

does anyone know where i can find a quiz script like those seen in magazines

have you ever..........
a) get x points
b) gets y points
c) gets z points

then it auto adds up and gives some text depending on what score you get

hi jimknee thanks for the post, that is not really what i am looking for although it is a good script.


what i am looking for script which is not a test but a questionaire no answer would be wrong just rated differently.

i.e

take the morality test....

you see someone drop $20 do you...

a)pick it up and pocket it
b)pick it up and chase after them
c)pick it up and wait to see if they notice
