"don't ask again" checkbox in confirm()?

I'm wondering if there's an easy, good looking way to include a "don't ask again" checkbox inside a confirm function or something similar? I guess I could always just load a pop-up and try and make it look like a confirm dialogue, but it's rather aesthetically unpleasant...

Just thought someone more creative and/or experienced than me might have a better idea?

There is no such dialog built-in, so yes, you have to "load a pop-up and try and make it look like a confirm dialog".
