PHP error_logging on IIS 6.0 box

I have a shared host IIS 6.0 enviroment that I am developing on. Error_logging and showing error messages has been disabled as it is considered "production"... With apache, I know you can make directory specific settings to alter the php.ini defautls for the logging via the .htaccess file.

Is there a way to do something simular with IIS?
