    overlib problem...

Overlib is a great js script library for popup windows (in fact it's a layer). I've used it several times already, and you can easily put any HTML code into the popup. Although when you use the library with ie6, it's not that beautiful anymore (don't know what happened...). But there is a problem (and it's not only with overlib I think) with layers and comboboxes. Apparently a combobox (an "input type=select" in HTML) always comes in front of any layer. I've seen this problem with overlib, but also with js menus and other layered scripts. It also doesn't matter if you try to increase the z-index of the layer. Does anyone know if this is a browser problem (ie5.0+) or can this be solved? I'm desperate to get it working, I also want to incorporate a calendar popup, but the same problem occurs. Thanx anyway...

BTW: I've just tested the same page with the latest version (0.9.5) of Mozilla and it works fine. So the layer problem is probably an IE problem

I hope I can find something on the msdn... But I'm not hoping too much
