to be honest, If you have to ask how its done, I dont think its the thing for you..there is no real step-by-step guide to that sort of thing..

Well,
Basically there are some steps or so can be called guide in order to setup your own webhosting company.
- Register a domain name for your hosting company. i.e: SomeHostingCompany.com
- Signup with a third party credit card processing company or get your merchant account
- Design or get a professional looking website for your hosting company.
- Get yourself a Reseller Plan from some company.
- Get yourself few clients and host them on the reseller account.
- Once you get many clients shift them to your own server.
I think that is enough to start. If you need any more information in details, PM me or E-mail me.

Do you want to set up your computer to host your site, or to host other people's sites (as in becoming a hosting company)?
If it's the first, I can tell you how to do that really easily- I did it myself.
Do you need anything to host your own sites??If yes can you tell me what is the require??
and thanks for the reply!

1) A reliable operating system (Linux, Win2k)
2) A good connection to the Internet (nothing other than DSL, Cable)
3) A low traffic site
4) Apache
5) DNS2go
Why do you need these things?
The OS-- I don't know anyone in their right mind who would try and host a site on WinME, because it crashes all the time. The two I mentioned are really stable and what most sites are hosted on.
The connection- You want to leave your 56k connection online all the time? If your computer is not online, your site isn't online.
A low traffic site- Most ISPs don't want you hosting sites using their bandwidth, so I wouldn't recommend hosting a site that will receive a lot of hits.
Apache- Lets your computer actually become the server. Reliable and one of the most used in the hosting business.
DNS2go- If you want your domain name to point to your IP address, use this really good program you can find at download.com.
Good luck! Let us know how everything goes.
