Form To Create New File ?

Hi, i have a form that generates a xml mp3 playlist code its pretty basic,

URL of song
Name
etc

But at the moment people have to copy and paste the code and save as a new file themself, i want to have it so that when they submit the form, the file is automaticly created and saved on my host, and just gives them link to the file.

Is that possable?

So what step is difficult for you?
Create file?
Save file?

yes i dont no how to make the form actually 'Create' and 'Save' the file with the contents of form fields.

They are proberbly the codes i need, however i dont see any of them creating a NEW file on each form submit?
