Error:"error.java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError"??

I am not a programmer. I am using an applet on some of my web pages which will not work. I get the error message: "error.java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.securedClassLoad" when I mouseover the applet area in my browser. I use IE6. Another message I get on some applets is "Line 16, Object does not support this property or method".

Can someone assist me in finding out what this means and how to go about fixing the problem?
