You might check out Mercent if you are looking for a company to do it for you.

Otherwise, it would depend a bit on what you are selling. Some companies have sites that specialize in specific products.

There is PriceGrabber, Shopping.com, Shopzilla, BestBuyAll, AimLower, Compare123 are a few that come to mind.
