Table alignment issue

Mmm long time since I have seeked help here!

I am having a strange IE6 vertical alignment problem with my form table. Sometimes, the table drops to the bottom creating a large white gap. What makes the issue strange is that this isn't always the case, meaning that it the error isn't consistent.

Note: I know the code is awful, not really my responsability, so if possible, just stick to the issue at hand.

Resolved the issue. Oddly enough, it was the code html list that was stretching the form table.
