    search engine trauma

We have recently launched a self funded shopping portal and are somewhat bemused to find prior to launch a great ranking in google, yahoo, msn. Suddenly, after launch we have been completely bombed by the search engines and do not understand why. Our site is written in php with session id's etc. Is this preventing the SE from spidering our site, but then why were they finding us before?

At present we receive the following untitled listing:

Warning: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock'
    (111) in /home/sites/site2/web/lib_sql.php on line 37 MYSQL Connection ...
    www.shoppingchanneluk.com/ - 1k

I would be much much appreciated to receive any advice regarding this matter. At present our site receives 30 unique visitors a day, naturally, i'd like to see 3000.

    Thanks for reading

It looks like MySQL was down when the spiders visited

if Mysql was down, it still is

Apparently, there has been a recent spider from Google
and we are now 7 weeks posted as untitled document.

I fear it may be something more complex than our site being down at the time of the spider!

Thanks for the comment though, appreciated!
