list and create pop3 email accounts

Hi,

Does anyone know where i can find a script (php) that allows me to see how many pop3 accounts i have under my domain name, and then create/remove them?

Something like CPanel will do that, but i don't know if it'd work for the client. usually only works for the main server.
(unless you own a dedicated server or are running a webserver from your computer)
