    It's a mod being developed at vbulletin.org.

Your guess is a good as mine as to when it will be released (but I'm sure it will be good WHEN it comes out.)

I've built a Joomla cms with Vbulletin forum www.ukmusic.com

Popular UK music site, but would love to now intergrate with a few O/S Networking site.

The owner wrote the script himself.

I'd say hands down it's PhpFox... Most of the others don't allow the user to customize their home page much, the user home pages look too much like the main script. There are many other reasons already listed here too. With all the mods and such Phpfox has now like the Windows Message Center, it's getting much better. My vote is for PhpFox..

phpFox appears to have the most features but it also seems quite buggy. And whats really disturbing is that some people are not getting their adsense clicks paid from it. No clue why that is happening.

Adsense not registering clicks in phpfox

I believe you've drawn an incorrect conclusion from that thread.

With the page views mentioned in that thread, those ctr sound right, to me.

    thats what www.e-cbd.biz offer

    http://www.e-cbd.biz/community_script.html

its a developed script you can buy a license to develop your way as your project for a bargain price.

you will fast track a project and it keeps costs down.
quotes upto 30k usd are common for such a large project, the e-cbd.biz datecomm script is a great price and its your script/development.

this community/social networking business has just begun, its still early days, you have the freedom to develop as the industry evolves

my friend had a lot of work done and only cost $200 for the work, they have sold it several times and are well in profit.

you cant do that with a free script, free scripts dont get the funding for performance in a commercial enviroment performance is everything.

you basicly get the freedom to do anything you want, but cant sell it below them, being commercial its well developed, they where offering a discount recently for developers license. thats when my friend bought it, he tells evryone he is a developer now, hehe i guess he is

    Hello,

They have nice script. However, the developer license is $1200.

Does anyone want to chip in with me to share the cost of developer license?

Dzoic Handshakes is very SEO-friendly. You can almost everywhere decide how the URL should look like.
E.g. if you create a new blog you have can choose the url -> blogs.yoursite.tld/YOUR-CHOICE

    Aren't they?

But personally I wouldn't worry about that too much. Is it important for you that all profiles have their own meta tags? I don't think that's very important.
