Grab product details from other sites

    Hello Friends,
Well I have been provided the task of developing a site which will display a list of product details depending on the search. These products are not added my the admin of my site but are grabbed(or fetched) from different sites.

The complex part is how I will be able to reach the products? I can use the XML files from the sites that has one but what about the others? I was thinking of using their search area, which everyone of them has one, but some of the sites' searches aren't that good. I may not be able to find an item that they already have in their site. I thought of searching under the categories but not every one of them have the same category names. Note that none of the shopping sites that I will be using the data from do not have an XML file.

Can anybody help me out in finding the solution to this problem.

    Thank you all in advance

You can use CURL to open/fetch/act as a browser to get/put data to search the other sites and return the results. You can then parse those results and include what you need to

I wish my computer would do what I want it to.
Not what I tell it to do...
