alignment problem..

i have problems with the alignment of this page:

the page suppose to look like this:
http://www.certifyexpress.com/checkpoint/ccae/1.php

when the 'rate this exam' have stars, everything looks fine. if there are no stars, alignment runs.

pls help.

Did you get this fixed? I'm looking at both pages right now and except for the missing stars, the two look identical.

no, i dint get it fixed. there's a blue bar beside that is missing. if have stars, the bar is thre, but if dun have star, the bar dissapeared.
