Hello,Team leader,can i have a question here,my pr 4 site was redirected,how can i keep the pr in the next update?Thank you.

From the Search Engine Optimization FAQ:
I just changed my domain name. How can I switch without losing my rankings?
You'll need to do a 301 redirect from the old domain to the new domain. Fortunately this is not difficult to do. You'll need to add the following lines of code to a file called .htaccess and place it in the root directory of the old domain:
Code:RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?old-domain\.com$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.new-domain.com/$1 [R=301,L]

yes , google have many operators .. by which we can get useful info about a topic or website... like the operator "inurl" which search out the keywords in URL not in text.
Thanks for your great informations...
Thank You "stymiee" for such an informative post.
You said this
"
How do I rank well in Google?
Ranking well in Google is fairly straight forward.
1) Acquire incoming links with the anchor text you wish to rank well for (This is the most important by far).
2) Optimize your title tag
3) Use and optimize your Header tags (h1, h2, h3, h4)"
This post is 2 years old, so do you think that the header tags are still as important as they were in 2006?
Thank you very much for the thread.
You can read more about page rank here: http://www.webworkshop.net/pagerank.html (just found it from google)
