    The service that comes to my mind first is 2CheckOut (http://www.2checkout.com). They have both payment processing and billing services. Just visit their site and you'll see links to more information on both those services.

    VeriSign PayFlo Pro has been okay with me... so has CyberCash but they just got bought by Verisign so its all the same now anyway.

    Paypal.com offers a lot in their payment solution and it costs virtually nothing to operate and is free to set up. Much lower commission than other payment services that don't require a merchant account. They have over 10 million people using the service now and 20000 merchants.

    How about Verza?

    Has anyone heard about it?
    I know PayPal is good but it's limited worldwide.
