images aren't loading only after a reload.

i have a very very weird error on my virtual server..

after i updated my script, some of the images aren't loading after a reload of the page.
if i load the page in a new firefox tab, or click enter on the address bar - all of the images are loading correctly. if i press "reload", sometimes the images appear, and sometimes they don't..

previous version isn't affected by this.

do you have any ideas what might cause this?

javascript isn't loading either, and i don't have a working fallback.

Clear your browser cache and try again. Try a different web browser too. Randomly disappearing images sounds like a client side problem.. unless these images aren't really images but scripts that output images or something funky like that. (Is that why this is in the PHP forum?)

i tried IE + firefox.. it doesn't seem like a client-side problem (unless it's a cross-browser one.. which in that case i still don't know what to do..)

i cleared the cache, and still after reloads it stays the same.

it's a very weird error.. i never encountered anything like that.

it's in this forum because it *might* be php/xslt/xml related. i really don't know where to start with this one.. might even be the plesk.
