Faster and better customer service
After studying what features would make the customer service of my site more efficiente, I came up with these features that I considered very important:
- Completely web-based
- Integrated with the database of clients (history of support requests linked to order history and behavior)
- E-mail routing to available reps
- Ease use of many templates to answer the most common questions.
- Record the time it took the rep to answer
Could anyone give me some advice on where I can look for a software that does that or advice on how I could built this software with my programmers?

Thanks a lot. This page is you recommended has some good stuff. Probably none will be exactly what I want but they give me important insights on how to design and program an ideal software for me.
