    Sorry, I was bit late in reply. Not sure about ASP but you can always take a look at open source PHP Vanilla http://getvanilla.com/ and they claim it as sweetest accessible forum (used DL, DT and DD). Also look out for Ananyoo in future and this is also in PHP, the most sweetest accessible forum with liquid theme. BTW, take a look at bttlxeForum , not sure how accessible it is though. If this doesent solve your needs, customize it from some accesible web expert with ASP skills.

    Haven't tested the Snitz forums but couldn't find anything about them being accessible

    Accessibility wise Snitz is pretty good. And it is quite customizable so you can play around and tweak things as you need it. http://forum.snitz.com/

    We're using it on an Intranet and the first requirement was that it be accessible and well its been in testing for 3 weeks now and no complaints yet from the low vision or blind users but I did have to do some tweaking, font sizes, colours, pretty much just the basics for our requirements.
