Email Marketing Software Webbased

I am looking for an email marketing system for my opt in list. I have used PHPList and am testing ContacterPlus from ecom24.com.

Working in a vertical market I thought about sellingt his service to my partners so a system set up for reselling might b nice, but its not a requirement.

I need something that is web based for my dedicated server, I do not want to send through my ISP or my PC.

How about Microsoft ListBuilder? I've never used it, though (at least not since it was purchased by Microsft--I think it was something else before MS snapped it up... can't remember what but I have a feeling I used it), so I can't recommend it--just suggesting.

I'm sorry I should have added one critical piece of information...I want to own the software other peoples IP addresses have terrible delivery rates...like Constant Contact, what a mess. Worst company I ever dealt with.
