    charset problems

I developed a site locally using MySQL 4.1.7. In moving the site over to the server where it will be live, I realized that they only have MySQL 4.0.25. As a result, I lost the character encoding on all the text.

    Example: http://www.acclaimedpunk.com/bands/35/halifax/

You can see instead of using single quotes, it now shows everywhere.

EDIT: I am just going to write a script to go through and replace all the funky characters.

I just wrote a script that searched for any entry with one of the main random characters and then just replaced them all.
