I am just starting a new Ecommerce website. It is doing fairly well but not well enough for me to quite my day job yet, but hopefully it will be soon enough
In the mean time I think it would help my site significantly if I had some kind of live customer service during the day (live chat, 800 #). But I haven't found an affordable and efficient way to do this. Does any know a good solution?
I have thought about doing something like that, very good suggestion. But still customers would get a answer machine which still isn't to professional.
