Auto download and install a program from web?
Hello,
I have some users on our corporate intranet site that want me to set up a system where they can click on a URL and it will *automatically* download and install an executible (.exe) file.
My understanding is that this kind of thing is specifically difficult (or impossible) to do via a web browser.
So.. is there any way to do this without having them get a "choose download name" prompt, and then having to navigate to and run the file?
Thanks.- A simple online WYSIWYG editor for HTML code snippets.
