Following an install of RoR everything worked properly I played around with it for two hours no prob. Later that day I decided to poke around some more. I start a new project from terminal
This is the error I got.

I have seen that other people have get this message as well its really odd. I entered another user account ran the exact same install and everything worked perfectly and continues to do so to this day. Any thoughts?
