    Tax on Web Design

I have a quick question. I have been charging tax to clients for web design in the state of PA for the past couple years. Does anyone know if clients should be charged tax for web design?

Check with your accountant and state sales tax office. Each state, and in some cases city/county, is differant in how they charge sales tax and decide what to charge on.

While I've always believed that sales tax isn't charged unless you physically deliver a project on CD or other media to a client, Brian's right - you should check with your accountant on this one.
