pkg for Raq - Good or bad?

I am upgrading to a Raq4 server with PHP 4.0.3 already installed and I was thinking about upgrading to PHP 4.0.6 and addding MySQL and it seems that the pkg files available from http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com will do the trick.

I recently tried installing PHP and MySQL on a Raq3 and I struck out. After countless hours of fumbling around with codes, I realized that I did not install PHP properly...

Thus, I am looking for something easy and affective. Is using pkg a good idea and as good as a manual install (better than RPM)? At this point, I do not care to understand, I NEED the damn thing to work!

Also, does anyone know where we can find other 'good and safe' pkg files?

    Thanks in advance,

    Olivier

That is as safe as you can get. I installed MySQL on RaQ3 4 months ago and it takes less than 4 min to complete the installation, with error free.

It's in the server maintenance section of your Server Adminstraction site. Usually www.yourdomain.com/admin. Just cut and paste the link and off you go.
