PHP will automatically make the values from that form availble in variables, ie:

That doesn't make POST a variable. POST is part of the HTTP protocol... it just so happens that there is a PHP superglobal variable named after this method.

Yes ... and that's obviously the source of his terminology problems.

It seems obvious to me that he was meaning to refer to $_POST and $_GET, I was trying to arm him with a way of phrasing that distinction.

If you know enough to agree 100% why do you keep re-starting this thread. You must have plenty of time on your hands.

why do u people participte in this ? I never invited u to come and post, i think that u ppl must have panelty of time in your hands thats why u people come and filled out this thread with MEANINGLESS and FOOLISH replys.

Although I do not need to mention this because u people do not have any right to ask me why i m making this thread alive time to time. I am adding here.

There are many new people who read this forums and there are many good posts (not from u people) which are worthy to read and understand for the new people.

i dont know what is worng with u people ? if u dont want to see a thread then why u come in and fill the thread with all your ....... (u must have understand).

I hope that next time U PEOPLE (must understand to whome i m talking) must NOT join this thread. Afterall you are EXTRA GENIUS while this thread are for beginners so we dont NEED U...... both and others who are in oppose.

Hmm! What has that drival got to do with POST and GET? And if it takes 84 posts before you start to understand the difference between POST and GET it would be better to give up writing PHP sooner than later.
