Just after some advice from any of you that may of been through any thing similar to what my compnay is dealing with. I am from www.thevetshed.com an Australian company. We have been drop shipping orders for www.maakforpets.com to his customers in the States (due to the dollar exchange rate it is cheap way for Maak for pets to do business). But maak for pets have done a chargeback for the last 3 month period stating that customers did not recieve their orders. we know that they have as we have emailed them and have hundreds of replies. we are completely astonished that this is happening and would appreciate any advice on saving ourselves. Call your credit card provider directly as well, they will investigate when it comes to a sum as big as this.
You may have to sue them however to get your money back.
I'm not sure how you're dropshipping if you're not handling the payments directly yourself. Basically what you've been doing is accepting orders and payments from this other company and mailing the orders to their customers?
