Need off the shelf solution for Paypal IPN to handle complex form

I have a complex form with lots of data that I am working on for a client. It has enough data such that I need to use an IPN back end. Does somebody sell an off-the-shelf script that won't break the bank, that would take all the form data, send it to the backend, verify payment and then email the form information to my client.

Any suggestions appreciated.
